At Fifty Shades of African Greys, we have had the great opportunity of working with families all over the United States. We are located in Minnesota and we do our best to accommodate to every family's needs for transportation.
We have a few options to get your new feathered family member home.
You may drive to Minnesota to meet and pick up your new bird in person
We will drive up to 200 miles to deliver your new bird
We can ship to any major airport in the United States through Delta Airlines
Shipping with Delta Cargo
We have transported over 100 of our birds with the help of Delta Cargo. They have strict policies in place to ensure the safety of every bird that travels with them. Each of our shipping carriers is retrofitted with a stable perch, bedding, food, water, and safety netting around the holes and openings of the carrier. We choose the shortest flights available with the least amount of layovers, so that their time in the air is short and sweet!
Shipping expenses through delta + carrier are as follows:
$160 for Small to Medium sized birds (African Greys, Small cockatoos)
$200 for Larger parrot species (Macaws and Large Cockatoos)
