We have a 72 hour Health Guarantee
on all of our birds. This guarantee covers any bacterial disorders,
viruses or deformities inflicting the baby prior to being received by
the new owner. For this guarantee to be valid any diagnosis of
pre-existing conditions must be made, and certified in writing by a licensed avian veterinarian
within 72 hours of receipt of the baby. We must be notified immediately if
there are any problems found. Our veterinarian must concur with the
diagnosis and all laboratory tests, and results of those tests must be
made available to him. In the event of a problem covered by this
guarantee the buyer has the option of either transferring their deposit to
another bird or a full refund of the purchase price of the bird.
This guarantee is invalid if the bird's leg band is removed.
